Who We Are
Owned and operated by Brett Schleifer, a Licensed General Contractor & Licensed Real Estate Agent. Brett has over 20-years combined experience in the construction and real estate industries. Brett resides in West Ashley with his wife, stepchildren & cocker spaniels. An active member in community groups throughout the Lowcountry, Brett is also an avid golfer, boater, and general sports fan.
Whether it is a home project, a new corporate office upfit, or building a new restaurant concept, we are licensed, experienced, and ready to help you achieve your vision.

Our residential remodeling services will bring new life into your home with whatever type of project you can throw at us! Structural & aesthetic changes done by our team of experienced craftsman are always executed with time, budget and the customers needs in mind. No job is too big or too small, we pride ourselves on quality work over quantity.
Our commercial projects include both new construction as well as customized upfits. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.

The last step in any build / design project. This phase includes everything from site cleanup, systems training, to move-in coordination. Our goal is to have everything leading up to this point be as seamless as possible so that once we have our final walkthrough you can be confident that your project was completed with care and quality as if it were our own project.
